Born in Harlingen, Texas, Eric has lived most of his life in the Rio Grande Valley. Growing up in Harlingen, but cultured in Fort Worth, Texas; Eric is an alumnus of Tarleton State University and the school of agriculture with a Masters and Bachelors Degree. After graduating and working various jobs; not fulfilling his true passion- to be independent and work for himself; still active in corporate america community, Eric attended a real estate school to become a professional home inspector. His experience offers a practical and in-depth understanding of not only the real estate market but the need to quickly address related building issues. Eric will pay close attention to your personal needs and is committed to helping you find the most suitable home. Eric is intimate with all Texas' home building styles and specializes in luxury, historical, ranch and investment homes where he has resided for the past 4 years. When Eric is not working, you might see him reading books or roping horses as he prepares for his next rodeo. And when he is not reading his favorite book, he is tending to his horses with his sons, Tristen and Noah. And his nephews Zachary, Xavier and niece Jenessa Joie. They like to help a lot with the horses!
